1. Booking Policy
Bookings can be made directly through the Website or by contacting Arona Boat Experience via WhatsApp or email.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
2. Payments
Payments can be made by:
- Credit/debit card via secure gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal);
- Bank transfer (details provided on request);
- Cash payment on site (if agreed).
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure servers.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour departure are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show.
- In the event of bad weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, Arona Boat Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, offering a full refund or a new date.
4. Safety and Behavior on Board
All passengers must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.
The company declines any liability for non-compliance with safety rules or negligent behavior by passengers.
Life jackets are provided on board for all guests.
5. Pets
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome on board at no additional cost, provided they do not disturb other guests or damage the equipment.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Arona Boat Experience is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour;
- Injuries caused by non-compliance with crew instructions;
- Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions).
7. Contact Form & Data Protection
When filling out the contact form, the user authorizes the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The information is used solely to manage requests and provide assistance.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Novara (NO), Italy.
9. Updates
The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
