No license is required. All tours are operated by an experienced and licensed skipper, so you can simply relax and enjoy the ride.

Our boat comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests per tour, ensuring a private and personal experience for couples, families, or small groups.

All tours depart from our pier in Arona, located at Via Lago D’Orta, 12 – 28041 Arona (NO).
Free parking for cars and campers is available about 50 meters from the meeting point.

Yes! Small and medium-sized pets are welcome at no extra charge. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure a comfortable setup for everyone.

We recommend bringing:

• A hat or light jacket depending on the season

• A small bottle of water

Swimming may be allowed in specific safe areas if the weather and lake conditions permit, at the skipper’s discretion. Safety first always!

In case of rain, strong wind, or unsafe lake conditions, tours may be rescheduled or refunded. We’ll always contact you in advance and offer the best alternative.

Each tour includes light refreshments as described in the tour details (coffee, juice, or Prosecco). Additional drinks or snacks can be arranged upon request.
